Basal Metabolic Rate Test in Valencia

Discover your actual energy expenditure and personalize your nutrition with scientific precision.

What is a Basal Metabolic Rate Test?

A Basal Metabolic Rate Test measures your actual energy expenditure while your body is completely at rest. It allows us to determine how much energy your body needs to maintain its essential functions and use this information to create a nutrition plan tailored to you.

To estimate your total daily energy expenditure, we take into account:

  • Your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), or the minimum amount of energy your body uses at rest.

  • Your daily activity expenditure (NEAT).

  • The energy you use during exercise or training.
