How does INDYA help me increase the profitability of my coaching business?

INDYA allows you to offer nutritional planning without hiring a nutritionist, integrating technology or making an upfront investment.

You decide the selling price of our service, obtaining the economic profit margin that you consider.

Thanks to your control panel you will be able to offer a personalized follow-up by having the data and sensations of your clients.

In addition, you improve your value proposition and customer retention by offering a complementary service that will improve the results of your training plans.

Can I test the service before offering it?

Yes, you have a 15-day free trial as a customer, with full access to the app and the service with nutritionist. This trial is just for you. If you activate other customers during the trial period, they will be included in your bill.

When the test is over you will be able to:

A) subscribe and pay for the service (with or without nutritionist) as another client.
B) subscribe to offer the service to your clients, but without using it yourself. In this case you will only have to unsubscribe your user so that it is not included in the invoice.
C) Do not subscribe. In this case you do not have to do anything.

Do you provide any initial training or support?

Yes, you will have access to:

  1. Visual and audiovisual material to communicate the service to your customers.
  2. Whatsapp with an INDYA nutritionist to answer any questions you may have
  3. The video call demos you need to explain the software and the app.
  4. Support page with all the most common questions.

Does the subscription have any permanence?

No. Cancelas cuando quieras (Ten en cuenta que a tus deportistas también se les cancelará el acceso a la app de seguimiento).

Para cancelar debes programar la fecha de baja de cada uno de tus clientes desde tu panel de entrenador.

Si alguno de tus deportistas queda sin fecha de baja fijada, se seguirá contabilizando en la factura del mes siguiente. Es importante que te asegures de que TODOS tus clientes estén dados de baja correctamente antes de cancelar tu suscripción.

Can I integrate INDYA with other apps or work with more coaches?

Although INDYA’s app for your clients does integrate with Strava, TrainingPeaks, Apple Health and Google Health Connected, INDYA’s software for trainers does not currently integrate with external platforms.

Can I view or edit my clients' schedules?

You will not be able to see or edit the complete nutritional planning but you will be able to talk to them so that they can comment or suggest to their nutritionist what you consider. You will be able to see the evolution of the body composition, the nutritional summary and the weekly surveys of sensations.

Is there a limit to the number of clients?

No, you can include as many customers as you want in the service.

At what price do you offer this same service?

Only trainers can offer the service without nutritionist at the beginning. Outside the collaboration with coaches, the service without nutritionist is only offered as maintenance during a certain period (vacations, work peaks, etc.) when you have already subscribed with a nutritionist and has a cost of 9.90 € / month, so the cost for coaches would be a 50% discount.

The subscription with nutritionist, on the other hand, has a cost of 49 €/month on our website. For the trainer, it costs €19.90/month (+ tax) per athlete.

Do customers pay me directly or through the app?

Clients pay directly to you as a coach, in the way you consider most convenient when you activate the fee for them.

INDYA does not manage your clients’ payments through the app, as the trainers are the ones who are in charge of managing registrations and cancellations and collecting subscriptions directly with them.

☝🏼 Yes, online consultations or anthropometries booked by clients with the nutritionist rate will be paid through the app.

How is it billed?

The subscription is automatically renewed every month, unless you cancel it. Billing is monthly and is generated on the 1st of each month.

The amount of the invoice depends on the number of active athletes in the calendar month prior to the invoice and the contracted rate (with or without nutritionist). There is no proration: the full month is always charged, regardless of when the service starts. E.g. On September 1 you would pay for all athletes who have been active during the month of August.

You can add your billing and card details from the dashboard and remember that your customer account is only free for the first 15 days. Subscriptions cannot be paid in cash, by Bizum or by bank transfer. All subscriptions must be linked to a debit or credit card.
