Initial Assessment & Follow-Up Forms

Your clients will complete their assessments and follow-up forms directly in the app, and all their information will be automatically recorded and organized in your software.

Anthropometric Measurements & Bioimpedance Analysis

You will be able to record anthropometric measurements and bioimpedance data, visualize the results in charts, and export a complete, detailed anthropometric report to share with your clients.

Nutrition Plan Creation & Editing

Based on the client’s assessment data and the custom planning settings you define, INDYA will generate an initial personalized draft plan that you can review, modify, and publish in the client app.

You can edit the assessment data, the nutrition strategy, modify or replace recipes (with access to over 9,000 recipes), adjust or edit training sessions, coffees, desserts, sides, supplements and everything.

Ingredient & Recipe Creation

You can add your own ingredients to the database and create, edit, and categorize your own recipes whenever something is missing.

Nutrition Plan Metrics

Under each plan, you can view the calorie balance and a detailed breakdown of both expenditure and planning, including daily and weekly calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients.

Notes & Video Notes Publishing

This feature allows you to keep each customer’s notes and your private notes organized in one place. You can also leave notes or video notes for your customers directly in their app.

Customer Profile with Data & Progress Tracking

Each customer will have a dedicated profile showing their current status and historical data through intuitive charts.

Subscription prices

The nutritionist subscription requires no long-term commitment. It includes both the software license and the dedicated client app. The monthly fee starts at €49 + VAT (for up to 10 clients), with tiered pricing based on your total client count.

What if I have more than 100 clients?

 

You’ll benefit from significant volume-based discounts. Furthermore, for those with over 200 clients, we develop your own native app (iOS & Android). This allows your clients to download your branded app directly from the stores, fully customized with your name, icon, logo, and brand colors.

FAQS

Do you offer a trial period?

Yes, it consists of 15 days totally free, with no need to enter billing information. You will be able to register as many clients, friends and family members as you want.

If at the end of this period you decide not to continue, you will not have to do anything. If you want to subscribe, you only have to fill in your payment information.

Does the subscription have permanence for the nutritionist?

No. You can cancel at any time. Please note that your customers will also have their access to the INDYA app cancelled when you unsubscribe.

How is it billed?

You start paying once you have completed the 15-day trial period.

You will only need to enter your billing and credit card information.

As it is a subscription, it is automatically charged every month.

You can cancel whenever you want, there is no permanence.

Each invoice is generated at the end of the calendar month, on the 1st day of the following month.

The amount to be billed depends on the number of customers you have had active during the calendar month. If you have between 1 and 10 customers, you will be billed the minimum of 49 € + VAT.

Do my customers pay me or do they pay through the app?

Your customers do not pay through the INDYA app. The payment would be made to you as you set it up in your service.

How do I unsubscribe my customers?

From the “Customers” section (search by name), click on the pencil button. A calendar will open to schedule the desired cancellation date for that user.

You have to cancel them before their renewal date. For example emplo: If you registered it on 01/26, deregister it on 02/26, so that it does not start a new active month.
