Key Functionalities
Anamnesis and follow-up forms
Your athletes will send their anamnesis and other tracking forms from your app and all their information will be automatically recorded and sorted in your software.
Anthropometry and bioimpedance
You will be able to record anthropometries or bioimpedances, visualize the results in graphs and export a complete and detailed anthropometric report to send to your clients.
Automatic creation of the nutritional plan
Based on all the information from the client’s anamnesis, INDYA will create a first customized draft plan that you will be able to modify and publish in the client’s app.
Customer profile with data and evolution
Each client will have his file with his current status and historical data in intuitive graphics.
Complete edition of the nutritional plan
You will be able to modify the data filled in by your athlete, the nutritional strategy proposed by INDYA, change or edit recipes (access to 9,000 recipes), change or edit workouts, change or edit additions (coffees, desserts, side dishes, supplements).
Customer tracking app

This functionality allows you to keep the notes of each client and your private notes in order. You can also leave notes or video notes to your athlete in your app.
Chat integrated in software and app
Your customers will only contact you through the INDYA app. From the software you will be able to write to them and you will have your conversation history organized and centralized.
Nutritional indicators of the plan
Under each plan you will see the caloric balance, the detail of the expenditure and the plan: calories, macronutrients and micronutrients per day and per week.

You will be able to register or deregister your customers, keep them under control by filtering them by service rating and other criteria.
How does it work?

Register in the software and start registering your customers so they can download your app and complete their anamnesis.

INDYA instantly calculates and customizes a draft plan. You review the anamnesis, adjust everything you want and publish it in your app.

If a customer changes something, your plan will readjust itself. He will be able to send you feedback and ask for a revision as often as you decide.
Subscription prices
The subscription for nutritionists has no permanence and includes the license of your software and the app for your clients. The minimum monthly fee is 49€ + VAT (up to 10 clients). After that you only pay for the monthly active clients. Contact us if you need more than 100.

Do you offer a trial period?
Yes, it consists of 15 days totally free, with no need to enter billing information. You will be able to register as many clients, friends and family members as you want.
If at the end of this period you decide not to continue, you will not have to do anything. If you want to subscribe, you only have to fill in your payment information.
Does the subscription have permanence for the nutritionist?
No. You can cancel at any time. Please note that your customers will also have their access to the INDYA app cancelled when you unsubscribe.
How is it billed?
You start paying once you have completed the 15-day trial period.
You will only need to enter your billing and credit card information.
As it is a subscription, it is automatically charged every month.
You can cancel whenever you want, there is no permanence.
Each invoice is generated at the end of the calendar month, on the 1st day of the following month.
The amount to be billed depends on the number of customers you have had active during the calendar month. If you have between 1 and 10 customers, you will be billed the minimum of 49 € + VAT.
Do my customers pay me or do they pay through the app?
Your customers do not pay through the INDYA app. The payment would be made to you as you set it up in your service.
How do I unsubscribe my customers?
From the “Customers” section (search by name), click on the pencil button. A calendar will open to schedule the desired cancellation date for that user.
You have to cancel them before their renewal date. For example emplo: If you registered it on 01/26, deregister it on 02/26, so that it does not start a new active month.
