Which apps sync with the INDYA app?

You can synchronize your INDYA account with:

  • Strava
  • TrainingPeaks
  • Apple Health
  • Google Connected Health

Do it from the section Profile > Connected applications in your app or during the initial questionnaire.

Can recipes be changed?

Yes, each recipe has a toggle button 🔀 with alternative options that maintain the nutritional structure that your nutritionist has planned. Same kcal, same distribution of macros, same main foods…

You can also ask him to show you alternatives that suit the time you have at a given moment or tell him what you have in the fridge so that he can suggest recipes with the foods that are there.

The weekly schedule repeats by default for 4 weeks, but you can adjust your recipes as needed.

Do you use AI?

Yes, although it is an app with a nutritionist, we have a unique functionality that uses AI. It allows you to take a picture of the menu of your restaurant, your fridge, the display case of prepared meals or the website where you are going to order at home, in case you can’t make it to your next meal. With that image, the app suggests options based on what you had already planned by your nutritionist. It’s really cool!
