Do you design training plans?
We exclusively plan your nutrition, although we need to know when, how much and how you train in order to calculate the type of expenditure involved and to be able to plan what you need to eat at each moment to perform and recover.
Do I need to be an athlete or have a sporting challenge to subscribe?
We design nutritional plans for people who do sports at any level, from someone who is just starting to go to the gym or walking to an athlete preparing for the next Olympic Games.
We work with all kinds of goals: reduce fat, prepare for any sporting challenge, increase your athletic performance, improve your health or simply order and control your diet… Whatever the goal, we focus the plan directly to get what you have set yourself. We also have challenges such as police or firefighter oppositions, start climbing, return to play paddle tennis after pregnancy, etc… We have proven the effectiveness of working with a challenge that motivates you.
The challenge can be as concrete as a race or as abstract as “getting my life back in order and getting back to feeling good about sport”.
How do you manage people who frequently eat away from home?
In the registration form you will be able to indicate which meals you prefer to take with you in a tupper. In this way, your nutritionist will look for recipes that you can easily cook and transport.
Another option is to use the “I won’t be able to make it” functionality. The app will allow you to make an option to your fridge, to the restaurant menu or to the display case of the prepared food store. If you are ordering from home, you will also be able to take a screenshot of the menu. In this way, it will suggest the options most similar to what you had planned by your nutritionist. At the moment this feature is only available for iOS.
We have many subscribers who eat off the menu at work or in a restaurant on a daily basis. So that you can keep your planning hassle-free, we recommend:
- Consult with your nutritionist: He or she will offer advice on how to avoid overindulging in those foods and help you balance the rest of your diet.
- Share the menu of your work: If you know the meals they offer during the week or month, send it to your nutritionist. She will then be able to adapt your recipes and recommendations to what you actually consume.
Do you offer vouchers or discounts for couples or families?
Subscription is done on an individual basis and everyone will have their own individualized plan according to their nutritional requirements, objective, preferences, etc. However, we do take reconciliation very much into account, because we understand that it is fundamental.
What we do is to assign you to the same nutritionist (if you wish) so that he/she has as much information as possible about the family logistics and can match your shopping lists and planning as much as possible, at least for the meals you have together. You can make video calls together or separately, as you prefer.
Work-life balance is a major complexity when creating and tracking schedules, which is why we do not offer partner bonuses or discounts.
To reconcile your plan with another person/s you must check the “reconciliation” option in the app’s home form, entering your partner’s email address and vice versa.
Is INDYA for all audiences?

How do you measure remotely?
The most frequent remote options are:
Do the anthropometry in a nearby center and send us the results through the app.
Use a bioimpedance scale and send us the results through the app.
Weight is the only data that we need for sure. The rest of your body composition data are dispensable.
Your nutritionist will keep track of your progress and you will be able to see your progress on the graphs in your app.
